Terms of use
Use this website to begin an evaluation, not to replace one.
Effective July 24, 2026
General information only
This website is operated by We Won Health LLC and provides general information about The Plan and a potential employer-review process. It is not tax, legal, payroll, health-plan, medical, financial, accounting, or employment advice and does not create a client, fiduciary, broker, administrator, or professional-advisor relationship.
No public dollar promise
This website does not promise an employee paycheck increase or a universal employer-savings amount. Any financial analysis must identify every deduction, employer contribution, payment, reimbursement, fee, taxable amount, wage limit, and payroll assumption.
No tax-free cash representation
We Won Health does not represent cash rewards, fixed indemnity payments, premium refunds, allowances, or payments unrelated to incurred and substantiated medical expenses as tax-free. Employment-related taxable amounts must be handled as wages when required by applicable law. A payment label, separate payer, wellness activity, or Section 125 reference does not determine its tax treatment.
Medical-expense boundary
General health, nutrition, exercise, veterinary, and other personal expenses are not represented as tax-qualified medical expenses. An allowable reimbursement must relate to an incurred medical expense, satisfy applicable substantiation requirements, and not duplicate payment from another source.
No categorical government approval claim
References to Section 125, FICA treatment, ERISA, HIPAA, plan documents, or other legal frameworks describe topics for diligence. They do not mean that the Internal Revenue Service or another government agency has approved We Won Health LLC, The Plan, a provider, or any employer-specific implementation.
Plan terms control
The final written plan documents, elections, service descriptions, provider agreements, and employer-approved implementation materials control over this website. Services, eligibility, networks, formularies, availability, and family access may differ by employer configuration.
Website wording cannot establish compliance
Accurate website language does not establish that any employer implementation complies with federal or state law. Compliance depends on the written plan, actual money flow, qualifying coverage, substantiation, payroll withholding and reporting, administration, and operation. Employers should obtain review from qualified tax and plan professionals before changing payroll.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, confidential, health, payroll, or other sensitive employee information through public forms.
Third-party services
Scheduling, communications, provider, and other third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link or reference does not create a warranty or endorsement beyond the specific business purpose described.
